Enjoy this handwoven denim apron that has the proud stamp of approval from Brett McDonald, a local culinary hero. Named after him, the apron is a nod to his dedication to and revival of old fashioned nose-to-tail butchery, which refuses to waste any part of an animal. All of the aprons in the Land Healer series salvage our limited resources through recycling garment factory waste into raw material and handweaving new textile out of it.
