Orders are prepared to ship from our studio in Guelph, Ontario within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Currently Canada and the United States only.

Standard shipping: $15 CAD (small parcel) / $18 CAD (medium) / $30 CAD (large) — calculated automatically at checkout based on order size
Free standard shipping on orders over $110 CAD

United States
Standard shipping: $35–55 CAD depending on order size (shown in USD at checkout)
Free shipping on orders over $100 USD

Every order ships with tracking; you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it leaves the studio.

Customs and duties
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees set by US customs. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.

Delays
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. The All India Company isn't responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions.
