The Pastoralist Wool Throw in Warm Ash
The Pastoralist is part of the Dune Collection - textiles from Gujarat's semi-arid
grasslands, where Patanwadi sheep graze at 100–500 metres in heat, drought, and scarcity. The wool they produce reflects that environment. It is dense, resilient, and built for thermal extremes. It regulates temperature naturally, wicks moisture, and resists pilling in a way that softer, more pampered wools don't. This is a fibre shaped by hardship, and it shows in how it performs.
Handspun and handwoven in Gujarat with traditional geometric patterns. Warm in winter,
genuinely cool in summer. Develops a patina with use rather than degrading. The opposite of a decorative throw. This is one you'll actually reach for.
